How to Run a Mixed-Game Event
In a mixed-game event, the whole room plays one level on one clock. Each table plays its own game, and it changes to the next game after an orbit.
Before the Event: Choose the Mix
- Press New Event on the Events page. Choose Quick or Extended.
- In the quick event, choose H.O.R.S.E. or the 8-Game Mix. Each card shows the games that it includes.
- For your own mix, use the extended form. Choose the games and their order.
- Choose the structure, the length of a level and the chip set. PokerSjef then makes every level and break.
- Open the Structure tab of the event. Check the amounts of each kind of game, level by level.
A club can add its own games on the Games page. A mix can then include them.
The Amounts of Each Game
- Each level has a field for every kind of game. A field that does not apply stays empty, and a zero is a zero.
- Games with blinds use the small blind and the big blind. Fixed-limit games use the small bet and the big bet.
- Stud games use the bring-in, and a player ante or a stud ante.
- Level by level, the structure chooses whether a stud table collects a player ante from each player or one stud ante for the table.
- Every blind, bet and ante is a multiple of your smallest chip. An amount that the chips cannot make shows in red.

During the Event: An Orbit, Then the Next Game
- Every table starts on the first game of the mix, and all the tables play level 1 on one clock.
- After an orbit, the dealer presses Next Game, Orbit Complete. The table moves to the next game of the mix.
- A stud game has no dealer button of its own. In the stud games too, move the button one seat after each hand, as casino mixed games do. When the button has gone once around the table, the orbit is complete.
- A new level changes the amounts. It does not change the game of any table.
- If a dealer presses Next Game by mistake, the page of the table offers Back to, with the name of the game before.
- The Floor or a director can also set the game of one table, or of all the tables at once.

What the Room and the Players See
- The room clock shows the game and the amounts of each table, so everybody sees what every table plays.
- The table view shows the game at the table, its amounts at this level and the game that comes next.
- How to Play explains the game, with its limits at this level.
- A player who is new to a game can read its rules on the Poker Variants pages before the event.
