OFC Points Calculator
Count the points of a hand of Open Face Chinese Pineapple. Give the hand in each row, or all 13 cards of each player. The calculator gives the points of each player and the chips at your price per point. Nothing that you type leaves this page.
Count a Hand
Choose the hand in each row. Then choose who won each row.
Each point costs this number of chips.
Player 1
Player 2
If you type the stacks, nobody wins or loses more chips than they have.
Who Won Each Row
When the hands decide a row, the helper chooses the winner. You can change it.
Player 1 against Player 2
Points
Choose the winner of each row to see the points.
3 rows have no winner yet.
Start Again clears the hands and the stacks. The names and the price per point stay. A player who goes to Fantasyland plays the next hand in Fantasyland.
How OFC Points Work
Each player makes three rows from 13 cards. The top has 3 cards, the middle has 5 and the bottom has 5. The bottom must be at least as strong as the middle. The middle must be at least as strong as the top. In the top, only a pair and three of a kind count.
A hand that breaks this order is fouled. It loses all three rows against each opponent, and it gets no royalties. If both players foul, nobody gets points for the rows.
The Rows
Compare the top with the top, the middle with the middle and the bottom with the bottom. Against each opponent, a row that you win gives 1 point, and a row that you lose costs 1 point. A tie gives 0. If you win all three rows, the scoop gives 3 more points.
| Rows Against One Opponent | Points |
|---|---|
| Win all three | +6 |
| Win two of three | +1 |
| Lose two of three | −1 |
| Lose all three | −6 |
Royalties
A royalty is a bonus for a strong row. Each opponent pays it, also when they win that row. Against each opponent, you get your royalties and pay theirs.

A pair lower than 66 in the top scores no royalty.
An Example
Anna wins the bottom and the middle against Bo, and Bo wins the top. Anna gets 1 point for the rows. Anna has a flush in the bottom, which gives 4 points. Bo has QQ in the top, which gives 7 points. Anna ends on 1 + 4 − 7 = −2 points, and Bo on +2 points.
Three Players
With three players, each pair of players counts: the dealer against the next player, the dealer against the player after that, then those two. Your points are the sum of your two pairs.
Chips
In a tournament, each point costs a set number of chips: the price per point. You never win more chips from an opponent than you have. You never lose more chips than you have. The pairs settle in the order above.
Fantasyland
QQ or better in the top, in a hand that is not fouled, gives Fantasyland in the next hand. The player gets 13 cards for QQ, 14 for KK, 15 for AA and 16 for three of a kind.
